Reservations

PLEASE READ - Before filling out the Brookwood RV Resort reservation request form. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from Brookwood RV Resort. Brookwood RV Resort reservations and changes to previously confirmed reservations can only be made by calling our office at 518-585-4462. A $50 deposit by credit card, check, or money order is required when making a reservation. When using a check, it must clear the bank before reservation can be confirmed. All cancellations must be done by phone at least 7 days prior(except 14 days prior to a holiday week or weekend) expected arrival date (except as noted *) and a $10 service charge will apply.

Before submitting your reservation request, we ask you to read and agree to the following terms:

1. A reservation request is not valid until you receive a confirmation.
2. A reservation guarantees a site not a specific site. You will not be assigned a site until you arrive.
3. Holiday weekend reservations requires a 3 night minimum.
4. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. (Except 2 weeks prior to a holiday week or weekend) no exceptions. Loss of your $50.00 deposit for NO SHOW or NOT FOLLOWING ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 service charge.
   
5. Check in time is after 1:00 p.m.
6. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.
7. With a registered RV, one tent is allowed per site
8. Maximum of 1 RV per site.
9. No refund will be made for early departure.
10. All reservation changes and cancellations MUST be made by PHONE.
11. Well behaved pets welcome, except on tent sites and in camping cabins, but they must be leashed.
